Foot for thought

I’m currently working on some renovation to finish setting up the new studio, so posts will likely be sporadic for the next few weeks. I’ll be back in full force by the end of January.  But I will still post occasional food for thought.

Feet are on my mind today. This article  from DanceTeacher Magazine is a great one on ways to improve foot health overall. It includes some great tips on everything from foot ware choices to exercises. Runner’s World has a great article on strengthening and stretching arches.
